Our Terms and Conditions

Design, Hosting and Promotion Packages

NetMail provides a design and hosting service. All prices quoted assume that pages are hosted on a NetMail Web Server. All site maintenance must be provided by NetMail. All HTML coding and other coding remains the property of NetMail and is copyright ©1997-2006 NetMail and may not be copied or reused without express permission.
All accounts must be kept up to date, and payments made promptly by standing order or within 14 days of the date of an invoice. NetMail reserves the right to suspend all services on any account more than 14 days in arrears.
If any account remains in arrears for more than 28 days, services provided by NetMail may be permanently removed. Restoration of services will then be subject to receipt of all arrears and a further service charge.
In any other cases NetMail reserves the right to withdraw its services at any time upon giving 28 days notice, either by post, fax or e-mail.
Clients may terminate their accounts at any time subject to payment of any outstanding charges for the month in which notice is given by post, fax or e-mail.
Any Domain Names registered by NetMail will remain the property of NetMail until all charges relating to the procurement and use of that Domain Name are received by NetMail.
Properties in "The Village" and entries in "The Village Directory" are provided to clients subject to the following conditions (a) Site contents is appropriate for a general audience (b) Prominent links to "The Village" are provided on the Home Page and on any other pages as required by NetMail.
NetMail does not recommend or in any way advocate or underwrite any of the products or services provided by clients on their web sites. We cannot be held responsible for the content of their pages or for any problems with their products or services.
NetMail will confidentially keep details of clients and their business and does not sell on details to any other businesses or organisations. Any information gathered via a web interface or forwarded by e-mail or fax will be handled confidentially at all times.
Where on-line sales facilities are provided, all details of credit cards will be handled via SSL encryption and stored on the secure server. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the security and integrity of this information until it is received by our client. Processing of all orders remains the remains the responsibility of our client and transactions should be processed in the same way as orders received by other means.
